Ajinkya Navare is an is a faculty of Science of spirituality (General Management) at SPJIMR Mumbai. Professor Navare is a Deputy Programme Chairperson of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Management Business Management. Ajinkya Navare holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a research focus on Spirituality in the Workplace and Positive Psychology. He embarked on his academic career in 2012 and has expanded his research and teaching engagements with leading management institutions in India. His research efforts have been recognized and acclaimed. He has been honoured with the ‘Best Paper Award’ by INDAM and IISc, respectively, and the ‘Most Cited Paper Award’ by Wiley.
