Shape the future of AI and machine learning with a master's from a leading research institution

The AI revolution has begun. Position yourself on the leading edge of artificial intelligence education with master’s-level expertise in the most powerful technologies reshaping our world.

The only English-language AI degree available on Coursera, the University of Colorado Boulder’s MS-AI gives you advanced theoretical understanding and practical skills in neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning and generative AI.

Along the way, you’ll acquire the skills needed to deliver production-ready AI and machine learning projects at every stage of the AI lifecycle, from model building through to optimization and scalable deployment.

Unlike many computer science-related master’s degrees, you’ll acquire foundational math skills in areas like statistics, probability and linear algebra. You’ll also explore bias mitigation, fairness, accountability and societal impact, in order to become a conscientious and ethical practitioner at a time where AI technologies are reshaping our economies and communities.

You’ll graduate ready to tackle the complex ethical, technical and operational challenges you’ll face in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
