The course is excellent because it gives you tools to manage with life expectations. The method is great, as Professor Laurie Santos shows recent findings in positive psychology. I am a very skeptical person and she convinced me in many ways.

If you want to make your life more mindful and fulfilling, please take this course. The tasks are quite interesting, course content is enriching and informative. It has definitely challenged me to be more focused and purposeful about my life.

Amazing information and techniques presented by DR. Santos that teaches us how simple changes to our routines can improve our happiness. Everyone can take something from this course and it will make a difference. Highly recommend this course.

Laurie was super nice. I would love to have been a part of one of her classes at school and/or college. The course was so intriguing, positive, informative and dedicated with teacher, students, videos and materials. I give it a big thumbs up.

This was a great course, I think everyone should experience it. I want to go through it again, and again. Professor Santos was engaging and informative. The materials were well researched and impactful and the lessons were not complex at all.

Learned a lot. This course was tough because we had to practice what we learned but overall I think my takeaways were huge. Would recommend to everyone interested in learning more about well-being or having a course to start with in Coursera.

I was a little skeptical but figured I would give it a try. It really surprised me. I had to really think about certain aspects brought up in the course. It definitely changed my views and I will try to follow some of the things I learned.

This course has changed my personality in a great deal. I absolutely recommend it for everybody, especially for teenagers since the knowledge this course is providing is worthless and could significantly increase future wellbeing of the kids.

I really enjoyed the assignments and being able to see what our happiness scores were. Also, I find that in times like these, it was really nice to have a course to focus on for Well-Being! I look forward to taking more courses in the future.

Amazing course! I thought it would be just something interesting to do during this pandemic but I ended up learning a lot and I plan on continuing the techniques that were taught in order to try to build healthy habits that lead to happiness.

This is a terrific course that both applies the science of psychology and give applicable, everyday skills to increase well being. My own happiness went up during the course from practicing the techniques, and I look forward to keeping it up!

I really enjoyed this course. The myths & actual truths about happiness, different techniques to become well being & many more life long learning are taught in this course. The professor's way of explaining things is very unique and awesome!

The course not only talked about the problems of "miswanting" and the "annoying features of our mind" that act as obstacles to our happiness, but also introduced us and made us practice the "re-wirement" strategies to be objectively happy :)

This was my first Coursera experience and it was wonderful! I enjoyed "The Science of Well-being" and absolutely loved the professor, Laurie Santos! She was relatable, and engaging. I will explore more courses since I liked this one so much.

Taking this course forced me to take a deeper dive into why l coveted certain goals.This course and using the WOOP method showed me how much l needed to give up to accomplish those goals l am happy to lower the bar without any misgivings!
